Where do we ship our Timepieces from?

TOPFIT headquarters is based in Brisbane, Australia and all products are packaged, final checked and shipped from that location. 

What should you do if your package is stuck in customs?

If your local customs office is unable to assist you please email us at contact@topfitwatches.com for a fast and comprehensive resolution. 

How long after purchase will it be shipped? 

ALL orders will be shipped within 24 hours along with a tracking number with every purchase.

Do you ship to my country?

TOPFIT ships to ALL countries! No exceptions.

What's the ETA?

Orders in Australia arrive in around 2-5 business days, where as other countries it will be 7-20 business days depending on public holidays and family holidays such as Christmas where demands are higher.

What are domestic & international shipping costs?

There are no shipping cost with TOPFIT Watches :) We don't believe in charging you shipping for your pride and joy.

Do you offer returns?

We offer 30 days return, money back guarantee on all Timepieces. Return shipping fee is at the buyers expense.

Do you engrave?

Yes we offer engraving for that special someone but will add on up to 3 days for postage time.
